Turning Tides Taking Care of Crediton

The Turning Tides Project supports people with learning disabilities, who are already well known for their musical performances, their volunteer work and for the fabulous cakes and crafts they sell from their base at Crediton Station Tea Rooms. But they have recently taken on a new role as Crediton Town Maintenance Officers. This will not only help keep the town tidy and cared for but also provide valuable paid work, as Turning Tides Director Jane Williams explains.

Equal Access to Music During Lockdown -  The Positive Impact of Zoom

The Turning Tides Project (TTTP) believes everyone should have equal access to music, the arts and life. At the Crediton Station Tea Rooms, and in the community, they have been working to make this right a reality for people with learning disability or autism labels by offering regular music, art, sports and social sessions and events, alongside many other enabling services and opportunities.
